GRAND JURY
En el sistema legal estadounidense, un grand jury es un jurado de consulta que decide si debe acusarse a una persona de un delito y llevarla a juicio. Este jurado está compuesto por un número de miembros que oscila entre doce y veintitrés, y normalmente llevan a cabo sus reuniones en secreto. El grand jury tiene autoridad para citar a testigos a prestar declaración.
