acinic cell carcinoma.
while malignant tumours include mucoepidermoid carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, and
acinic cell carcinoma etc.
Considerations include focal presentation of Sjogren syndrome, lymphoepithelial cysts, first branchial cleft cyst, Warthin's tumor,
acinic cell carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma, salivary duct carcinoma, and metastatic thyroid papillary carcinoma.

Some of these lesions are primary laryngeal adenocarcinomas, metastatic adenocarcinoma, salivary glandular tumours like
acinic cell carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma or adenoid cystic carcinoma of the larynx.
