CapRock for onboard internet and telephone Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., parent of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises, has signed a five-year pact with Harris
CapRock Communications, a global provider of managed communications for remote and harsh environments, provide communications services onboard its fleet of 34 ships.

Earlier, Kowalishin was a vice president at
Caprock Communications of Houston for four years and before that was with DataGuard, Computer Sciences Corp., JPMorgan and Gemini Consulting.
