I took care of a non-English speaking patient who had a dehisced abdominal surgical wound.

To record the percentage of pollen dispersal through time since anther dehiscence, pollen contents in dehisced anthers were counted at regular intervals of one hour each through the entire phase of pollen dispersal.

On the first day of anthesis, the flowers were functionally male; the fused anthers extended upward and were dehisced with the style retracted within the staminal tube and the stigmadc lobes appressed.

The fascia was noted to be dehisced, along with a fluid collection extending into the inferior portion of the surgical bed with exposed hardware.

Eight days after leaving hospital my surgical wound dehisced and I was rushed back in with sepsis.

All stages of development in Rhaphidorrhynchium amoenum occurred in spring although dehisced archegonia were also noted in summer and winter.

Samples in the form of swabs were collected aseptically from the wounds at the time of the first dressing, anytime up to 30 days from the wounds giving serous, purulent discharge, showing signs of inflammation, or from wounds that dehisced spontaneously.
