At the same time, several early studies were converging towards the idea that LGRBs favoured
subsolar, low-metallicity (Z) host/environments [314-317].

It has the symbol b and is the square root of the product of the
subsolar and sub-Earth latitude (Schmude 2011).

subsolar apenas as areas que necessitam (Gorucu et al., 2006; Salvador et al., 2008).
However, in the tropics, the sun appears directly overhead (called the
subsolar point) some days (or even months) before the solstice and again after the solstice, which means the
subsolar point occurs twice each year.
Our analysis revealed a significantly
subsolar metallicity (Me/H ~ -0.5) for RW Hya confirming its belonging to the Galactic halo population, a near solar metallicity in SY Mus, and a low 12C/13C isotopic ratios ~6 and ~10, for both objects.
In addition, this visualization shows the moon's orbit position, sub-Earth and
subsolar points, and distance from Earth at true scale.
