Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief M Karunanidhi said yesterday that the taluks of Devikulam and Peermedu where the reservoir stood belonged to Tamil Nadu.
"Kerala government is forcing us to press for retrieval of Devikulam and Peermedu taluks which historically and geographically belong to Tamil Nadu," the DMK patriarch said.
