Darrell Beetler, of Springfield, Mo., was charged with domestic assault in the second degree for the alleged attack on his girlfriend, according to the (http://www.greenecountymo.org/sheriff/offender.php?id=1300947774) Greene County Sheriff's Office .
According to cops, Beetler became enraged at his girlfriend and assaulted her for four hours, including punching her in the face, hitting her with cans of pie filling, biting her nose and poking her with a knife, (http://www.ktts.com/news/190139471.html) KTTS reported.
