Platinum Level Customer Relationship Marketing is the name for what Bibb calls a formalized strategic effort to identify top-tier customers and to create deeper financial relationships with them.

On August 13, the Bibb County jury deliberated for about six hours before finding Wright not guilty on all charges.

"My personal opinion is that BIBB is a marketing strategy for small wineries," he said.
