Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a fairly new technology for business-to-business receivables and collections that can reduce DSO, accelerate cash flow and improve A/R aging.
The proposed and temporary regulations implement a phase-in of effective dates for taxpayers to use EFTS to deposit taxes.
