Sheather's solution) for floatation of oocysts and collection under a coverslip for 20 minutes in 5-mL plastic tubes.
Fecal pellets were collected from traps and handling bags and screened for coccidian oocysts by centrifugal flotation in modified
Sheather's solution (Barnard and Upton, 1994).
Concentration techniques: [R] Formol-ether sedimentation and
Sheather's sugar floatation technique were employed for all specimens for the concentration of the parasitic ova and cysts.
