KidVid" regulations designed to give broadcasters "greater flexibility" in serving the educational and informational needs of children scheduled for enactment on September 16,one of the nation's biggest broadcast TV companies has entered into a $100k-plus Consent Decree with the FCC that resolves an investigation into the company's compliance with the Children's Television Act of 1990.
