I have ignored the Latin names used for some of the elements (for example, NATRIUM, STANNUM and STIBIUM) and I have also ignored old/earlier/suggested/preliminary names used for some of the elements (eg BRIMSTONE for SULPHUR/SULFUR, CELTIUM for HAFNIUM, and TYRIUM for NEODYMIUM).
